Absolutely, Catherine, it’s undeniable that no one but you can make the fear deep inside you disappear. But I’ll come back to it, because there’s more to say…
I think you have misunderstood our remarks.
You know, man is a magician; he is a transmitter/receiver who captures the energies around him that he can (ideas, thoughts, etc.) and strives to materialize them.
We are incarnated spirits, come to work on materializing spiritual fluids, and not to "I'm going to raise some antagonists I think LOL" spiritualize matter.
When I claim that all is Love, I am referring to the source, to the essence. But of course, the human being's flawed "comprehension" (i.e., taking in with oneself) means that what is grasped is subject to distortion, as if seen through a prism. What was simple, clear, and pure becomes complicated, obscure, and tainted. Each of us is on a vibrational frequency that corresponds to a degree of understanding of the universe. Wherever we may be, there are always those more evolved than us at higher degrees and those less evolved than us at lower degrees. We must respect everyone, and certainly those who are afraid.
Fear is a misunderstanding.
I’m almost 46, I’ve suffered enormously, and now it seems normal to me. Why? First, because I’ve grown, grown a lot. Because suffering is an opportunity to become aware! To feel what doesn’t suit us. And in doing so, to allow ourselves to evolve by changing our attitude, our beliefs, or simply by learning to become strong. And if we no longer want to suffer, because I, like you, am not a masochist. Then I learn that what I’m experiencing, my apprehension of what I’m experiencing, is wrong. We must constantly correct ourselves in order to evolve, and fear blocks evolution. When we’re afraid, we become rigid. And I speak from experience, because I remained semi-paralyzed for four years. Being afraid of suffering is being afraid of living. We need to re-educate ourselves, learn to trust ourselves, and understand that closing ourselves off to Love in order not to suffer is actually not closing ourselves off to the other, but closing ourselves off to ourselves. The heart chakra is the opening to Love; if you’re afraid of suffering, your chakra closes, the energy no longer flows properly, and the suffering you believe you’re banishing actually becomes dull and insidious, acting stealthily deep within you.
Through my own experiences, I have come to understand that the more difficult and fraught with obstacles our path seems, and the heavier the challenge we must overcome, the more important our task on earth is.
Once again, I emphasize that there is no lesser or heavier burden; each person carries or endures what is within their capacity. If we! Let us not trust ourselves; “God” has complete trust in us. My life philosophy is not strictly Christian; it is pluralistic… I use the term “God” to refer to the primary Being at the origin of multiplicity.
So, Catherine, to wrap up, I will tell you that YES, you have suffered because of Love, and that is because you are a being of flesh and blood, that your soul expresses itself through your body, and that it is she who speaks when you are happy, when you suffer, etc., and that if you love your soul, then care for her! by listening to her! by tending to her! but for pity's sake, do not silence her. DO NOT MOUTH HER!

I support you with all my heart and send you warm and bright thoughts :-*
