Terms of sale

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the sale of the reading interpretations offered on this site, as well as the use of its free services. They constitute the entire agreement between you and the seller.

Ordering means accepting them without reservation: a checkbox gates the payment, and an order without it is refused.

The applicable version is the one online at the time of your order. Your acceptance is timestamped and kept on record.

2. Definitions

The site: this site, its pages and its services.

The reading: the card spread shown on screen, its positions and the associated meanings. It is free.

The report: the PDF document written from your reading and from what you wrote, delivered by email. It is paid for.

3. The seller

The seller's full details — company name, legal form, registered office, registration number, VAT number and contact details — are set out in the legal notice.

The seller can be contacted through its contact form.

4. Access to the service and age requirement

The site is freely accessible. Connection costs remain yours.

The service is reserved for persons who are of legal age and have legal capacity. By ordering, you declare that you meet both conditions.

No account is needed to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your access confidential.

5. What is sold

A personal reading of a tarot spread, written from the information you provide (question, context, first name, date of birth) and the cards drawn, then delivered as a PDF document by email.

The spread itself and the meanings shown on screen are free. Only the full reading is paid for.

The service is offered for entertainment and personal-development purposes. It is not an expert assessment, a diagnosis, or professional advice.

6. Placing an order

An order has four steps: you draw your cards, you write your question, you accept these terms, you pay. A summary is shown before payment.

The sale is concluded once payment is taken. Writing then begins, and the report is sent to you by email.

An order that is plainly abusive, or whose question falls outside what the service can handle, may be refused. In that case, nothing is charged.

7. Price and payment

The full reading is sold at €2.90 including tax. Payment is made online by bank card through Stripe. No banking data passes through or is kept by Voyance-AZ.

8. Delivery

The report is generated and then sent to the email address you gave, usually within a few minutes. If a technical incident occurs, generation is automatically retried and the report is sent as soon as it is ready.

9. Right of withdrawal

The report is digital content supplied immediately. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided when ordering, and you acknowledge losing that right as soon as performance begins.

This waiver applies only to the report you ordered. It takes away none of your other rights: neither the refund set out in article 10, nor the statutory guarantee of conformity.

10. Refunds

Three situations give rise to a full refund, with nothing for you to justify: the report did not arrive within 24 hours, the document you received is unreadable or empty, or you were charged twice.

The request is made through our contact form within 14 days, stating the report number and what is wrong. You get an answer within 7 days.

On the other hand, disagreeing with the content of the reading does not give a right to a refund: a reading is a light on your path, not a verifiable finding, and a prediction that does not come true does not make the report faulty. This is written before you buy, and it is the very point of the next article.

An accepted refund is paid back to the original means of payment, within 14 days.

11. Availability of the service

The site is available at all times, save for interruptions due to maintenance or technical incident.

The service relies on computing resources: we guarantee neither uninterrupted nor error-free operation. If an incident occurs after payment, generation of your report is retried automatically, and you are told if it definitively fails.

We are not answerable for unavailability caused by your equipment, your connection, or an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

12. What you undertake not to do

Use the site fraudulently, or for any purpose contrary to the law.

Attempt to reach its non-public parts, disrupt its operation, or extract its content by automated means.

Give false information about your identity, or order on someone else's behalf without their agreement.

Breaching these undertakings may lead to immediate suspension of access, with no refund of orders already delivered.

13. Intellectual property

The texts, the visual identity, the written meanings and the structure of the site are protected by copyright.

Your report is meant for you: you may read it, print it and keep it for your personal use. Republishing or reselling it is prohibited.

The tarot illustrations used come from the Rider-Waite-Smith deck (1909), which is in the public domain.

14. Limitation of liability

A report is guidance, never an instruction. The decisions you take after reading it are your own.

The service replaces neither medical advice, nor psychological support, nor legal or financial counsel. If you are going through a hard time, 3114 (in France) is reachable free of charge, around the clock.

Outside those cases, Voyance-AZ's liability is limited to the price actually paid for the reading concerned — that is, €2.90.

This limit does not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to personal injury: the law forbids it, and there is no question of writing it otherwise.

15. Your data

The details are in the privacy policy. At any time, the link you receive by email lets you read again or permanently erase your reading.

16. Evidence

The seller's computer records, kept under reasonable security conditions, are evidence of orders, payments and consents.

The record of your acceptance of these terms is timestamped and versioned: it states which version you accepted, and when.

17. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed at any time.

The version applicable to your order remains the one you accepted — a change never applies retroactively.

18. Partial invalidity and forbearance

Should any clause be held void, the others would remain in force.

Not relying on a clause at a given moment is not a waiver of the right to rely on it later.

19. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by French law.

They are written in French. The English and Spanish versions are provided for your understanding; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

20. Complaints and disputes

Any complaint should first be made through our contact form. We reply within 7 days.

Before referring the matter to the ombudsman, you must have sent us a complaint through this contact form and given us time to reply: this is an admissibility requirement, and the ombudsman turns down cases that skipped this step.

If a dispute cannot be settled, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer ombudsman we are a member of: CM2C — 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — www.cm2c.net. Referrals can be made online, by post to that address, or by email to declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net.

Failing an agreement, the dispute falls to the French courts. As a consumer, you may bring it before the court where you live.
