Hello everyone. My name is Eliana and I often have premonitory dreams. On 11/16/05 I dreamed that my mother was cured and in good health, looking radiant. She showed me her serene and beautiful face. This dream disturbed me because my mother was suffering from a long illness and had undergone surgery on 10/06/05 for the removal of her pituitary gland, and nothing foreshadowed what was to come. Following this operation, she gradually deteriorated, stopped eating, and suffered greatly. She passed away on 11/19/05 from exhaustion, just one hour after I had kept her company all night. What pain… but I know that she no longer suffers and that she is well now. I feel her presence and it comforts me greatly. Why are premonitory dreams so negative!!?

Hello Eliana!
Unfortunately, we can have premonitory dreams / bad dreams…
Perhaps your dearest wish has turned into a dream… you wanted to see your mother without any suffering…
Good luck
I don't think so; if you are usually receptive to prophetic dreams, you should interpret this dream differently.
Perhaps it was a message of reassurance to tell you that your mother was heading toward a healing and a peace where suffering ceases.
We need to be vigilant; if I’m not mistaken, a new dream should come, to confirm the first message received in this dream.
I completely agree with Tom, you should try to interpret your dream in a positive way. You know, I also accompanied my mother in her final moments; she had liver cirrhosis, she suffered too, and I understand you completely. I often dream of her, and these are premonitory dreams; she often warns me of things that are coming, whether they are bad or good! I also think she is no longer suffering, and it was perhaps a way of telling you that everything is fine for her now where she is…
Hello to you,
I offer you my sincerest condolences and may your soul find peace through this physical separation.
I have learned through experience that sometimes not expressing emotions in daily life causes our unconscious to work for us at night. Moreover, our unconscious is our best friend.

TOM: We need to be vigilant; if I’m not mistaken, a new dream should come, to confirm the first message received in that dream.
What Tom mentions is a strong probability, perhaps another dream to help balance where you are in the grieving process for your mother. If a dream recurs in relation to your mother, it would be interesting to closely examine what is happening and to connect with your emotions within the dream.

Thank you, Rolande, and I hope to dream of my mother soon. For now, nothing, but I am sure she will come back to give me a message. I will keep you posted. In the meantime, I remain confident and eagerly await seeing her again “in my dreams.” I would like to get in touch with her through writing, but I think it is still too early for that. I will know when the time comes!!!

In my opinion, there is no need to turn to spiritism (writing or otherwise),
The message you received was not one of suffering, nor a call. Therefore, the sender of the message can return whenever they wish and did not leave the impression that they were being prevented from doing so.
I think you have to be receptive but above all not active
I think you're right, Tom. I need to be receptive and wait for a new message in my dreams. Thanks for the advice.

Hello Éliana
I would like to share one of my experiences regarding a bereavement. It was almost six years ago now.
I kept vigil by my father’s hospital bedside for seven days and seven nights.
The last day has been very difficult on my sensitive side and in terms of vision (seeing without necessarily seeing). You know that third eye that some people call it. I call it seeing, but not with the physical eyes.
I was near my father, and in my head I was talking to him; in fact, I was praying to God (everyone has their own beliefs, I don’t want to start a debate about God), and suddenly my father said out loud… “Rolande, why are you praying…”
I pray the way I learned from Dad... To my great surprise: he replied that it’s not necessary to pray, everything is the same as here, there is no division... it’s the same up there as down here...
And that is when my visions began… (I call them visions, because I cannot name them any other way) Two balls of light appeared to me (between my eyebrows). I had my eyes closed… I bowed before this grace, this beauty… I had no choice (I mean, to surrender without truly surrendering; it happens on its own and without imposition). It is the power of the love of these lights that causes one to surrender… I think that anyone would automatically surrender before such splendor… a brilliance so powerful that even with my eyes closed, I could not look at it straight on. I had to look at it at an angle (I don’t know if you understand me). Then there was a message for my father… I was told that he would come to take my father away in a little while, but when it was time to return, he would not come alone (the lights).
To my great surprise, my father had heard the same conversation, and he told me at the same time, “Rolanda, tell them I am not ready yet…” which I did without opening my mouth. The lights left, telling me that they would return. A few moments later, I fell into that state again, and there the two balls of light reappeared and told me, “Here we are, for your father,” and at that moment, between the two balls of light, a large blue mass came to fetch him, and my father passed away. He has gone.
Not long after, I dreamed about my father... In my dream, he was in a bar (and in his earthly life, my father was not a bar-goer). I spotted him there in the bar and saw a nurse sitting next to him, and suddenly he fell off his bench and died of a heart attack. I approached the nurse and she told me that my father had died. I told the nurse in my dream, "Well, look, my father is already dead; he can't die twice." I left laughing and I felt good in my dream, and I saw my father depart.
Sometimes, it’s a moment that seems absurd to some people but is very real to others.
It is possible that this may happen to you, just as it is possible that nothing may happen. The important thing is not to force contact with our deceased, but to let life take care of itself and to trust in life, for it knows everything we need. Yes, being receptive does not necessarily mean being active… (Tom)
Tenderness /rolande
Good evening, I have also dreamed that my mother, who is no longer alive, was dead, but on several occasions, I don't know why?
And it’s true that everyone has their own experience, and you have to let dreams come. Every dream has a meaning. I often dream about my late mother, but I don’t know why? If anyone can explain? :?: At first, I was afraid to accept my mother in my dreams. It’s strange; I didn’t want her to reach out to me. Now I’m less afraid than before, but sometimes I still get a little scared!!! :?
