Moving forward with our dreams

Machine translation.

Hello to all the dreamers!

I had the idea while rereading an old thread in another section, and Tititox asking how to translate a dream reinforced that idea.

Interpreting dreams is not a gift reserved for a select few. Everyone can do it.

So, on this thread, as my availability and our joint progress allow, I propose to outline a few pointers: starting with the basics, then moving on to more constructive ones as we make progress.

Whatever translation choice you make, whether classic or more personalized, the rule of one translation per post remains in effect.

And no dreams placed on this thread, which is strictly for “technical” information.

I would like, with your help, for this new approach to be a constructive exchange that allows each person to progress in their journey.

Yours sincerely.
Best regards

P.S.: Please don't clutter this thread with personal comments either (PMs are for that); let's keep it as clear documentation so that everyone can easily find a message without it being buried in small talk. Thank you for your understanding.

A few reminders about dreams:

I will not redefine here what dreams are, and their differences.
I will simply refer you to explanations already provided here in older threads:

Hello,

For my part, I believe that there are several forms of translation.
The first one, which I use to interpret dreams on this site, is basic and impersonal.
The translator, a stranger who does not know the dreamer or the events of their life, relies on dictionary definitions of dream symbols when reading the dream.
By the way, Az has a glossary that is in the making, which is enriched with new definitions as new dreams are added to the site. Feel free to draw from it and even contribute if you have good definitions that are missing:

There are also online dictionaries on the web. Here are two that I regularly use when I can’t find something in my own, but there are many others:

Once we have gathered as many definitions as possible, we have a puzzle whose pieces still need to be assembled to form a synthesis.
Hence the importance of having as many details of the dream transcribed as possible: the more pieces you have, the more “precise” the analysis will be.

Here, then, is a method that each of you can try on your own.
If you encounter a problem, feel free to start a thread with your dream and any questions you may have.

For a different, more personalized approach, I will provide details later.
Thank you for your patience so far.
With my regards.

One of the keys to wisdom regarding dreams:

There is a wide range of dreams. That is why we advise you to pay attention to them. They are of great importance in your personal growth and your life.

Be able to discern what is a nightmare, what is a poor disconnection of the astral body, what is an initiatory or prophetic dream, and you will derive great benefit and great evolution from it.

Good progress in your own understanding of your dreams, which remain an indication of your deep “self,” the path your unconscious shows you.

Thank you, mamyol.
Big kisses
