Regression

Machine translation.

Several people around me are interested in regression to find out who we were in a past life… I think that those who believe in reincarnation also believe in regression.
I would be very happy to share our experiences or thoughts on this matter.

Personally, I don't even know what regression is.

 Good evening Claudiac, by the way, I don't know what regression is. Could you tell us a bit about it? It's a field I'm not familiar with, and it seems interesting. Tell us a little about it???

Well, regression is generally done under hypnosis, and it allows us to go far back in our past lives.
Bravo to claudiac for this new topic, and honestly, we don’t talk about it enough. I haven’t experienced it personally, but I’ve read a lot of books on the subject and it’s fascinating. I believe in it without having proof, but shouldn’t we believe in God even if we’ve never seen Him?! We are on Earth to atone for the faults of our past lives, and that’s called karma! Have you ever read the books by ALLAN KARDEC? I recommend them, and they teach you a lot about “spirits, past lives, spiritism, automatic writing, obsessions, prayers, higher spirits, etc…”

Iliana (Eliana), you know so many things!
I will try to find the book you recommend; it must be very interesting. All of this, I would like to learn a lot about premonitory dreams, mediums, etc... I would also like to know my guide, if I have one, of course. Anyway, I believe in it and I hope!! :?

Well yes, Loulina, I know a lot of things because I have been interested in everything since the age of 18. If you want to buy a book by Allan Kardec, get The Spirits' Book: you will learn a great deal, and it is spirits who provided the answers to all the questions we humans ask... Karma is a kind of punishment for our past actions, and personally, I think I have a heavy one in relation to what I am experiencing in this life.

I don't know about my past lives; I don't know how you find out. But I will try to educate myself through books, thank you for replying to me every time, it's nice.

Thank you very much for all your answers
I have done regression with my mother several times using a book.
According to some, we indeed return to Earth to continue a mission…
She and I would like to learn a bit more about our past lives in order to better understand this one.
I did the regression three times…

Eliana, you wrote: Karma is a kind of punishment for our past actions, and personally, I think I have a heavy one in relation to what I am experiencing in this life.

…
Have you ever tried doing regression? Does reading the book you mention confirm anything for you?

If others would like to share this with us… that would be interesting…

No, Claudia, I have never done regression, but I would really like to try it! I think you have to be very relaxed for this kind of thing, and it scares me a little! Trying it on my own is tricky; you need to be accompanied by a specialist! Can you explain how you and your mother do it?
The Book of Spirits by Allan Kardec teaches us a lot! And he wrote other books… you can get them at an esoteric shop… ALLAN KARDEC was the greatest spiritist and there are many followers around the world, I no longer remember if he talks about regression but he definitely talks a lot about past lives and karma

Dear Eliana, to answer your question: we took a book that explains how to do it.
We went step by step… into darkness and stillness in a room… She followed what was written in the book quite well. The first time proves to be difficult… but interesting. One has to try to completely empty the mind…
She guided me step by step… The first time was difficult, but the other two times were a success… seeing happiness with almost nothing is great…
I can tell you more if you're interested, and I can also find the reference for this book…

Hi claudiac,

Could you find the book's reference and post it online? I think it would interest a lot of people!!

@+

Yes, Claudia, I’d be interested in hearing more about it, and please give us the title of the book; it might interest the others too!!! I’d like to try it.

Hello everyone,

I see that past-life regression still attracts people! What Claudia says is an empirical experience, having lived it in oneself; it is done with the first degree of hypnosis (alpha), and everything takes place on a sort of mental screen (with a certain technique and through breathing). This is very interesting when we want to understand a situation and a life lesson. It is also important to address tensions in the body as the descent takes place, in order to remove bodily blockages. It must be practiced with moderation the first time, as Claudia says, and beginners should be accompanied at the beginning, as tensions in the body can sometimes take up a lot of space. But it is very interesting for releasing tensions... and seeing what is permitted to be seen... according to the divine order. Every tension in the body has a meaning, for the body is very intelligent and often it gives answers to our questions.

Actually, I didn't see what Eliana wrote when she issued a warning, and from experience with regressions with some of my clients, you shouldn't push too hard toward regressions. You know, you need to be well accompanied, because let me tell you one thing: it's wonderful that elevated spirits come to visit and communicate with us, but there is always a little mischievous one who might show up. Discernment is of great rigor; even with regressions, you must be cautious and proceed gently. You need to develop a lot of rigor in regression, know what to say, and pay very special attention to the body and your system (body, mind), and be mindful of the accelerated heartbeat.

Super Éliana, because we took almost the same journey without necessarily knowing each other. The book you mention about KARDEC is good, that’s true; once again, it’s important to develop a critical mind… and rigor is still the key… when the veil is lifted… it is not we, the Earthlings, who decide whether the veil is lifted or not, but rather because somewhere in the deepest part of your heart, you are guided and protected, and if it doesn’t work the first few times, don’t take that as a failure, because you are protected without realizing it. Take it as a protective measure on your behalf; respect what is up high, and you will be respected down here.

If you feel like experimenting—and I’m addressing the beginners here—please proceed gently, without forcing things. When the spirit is ready, everything falls into place energetically, without any force. It’s also good to maintain a certain reverence and a degree of control until you have a solid understanding of the theory.

By the way, how do you do it, Claudiac?

Thank you for your contributions; I find them truly interesting and enriching. We are all enriched by our own experiences...

Tenderness/Rolande

It is true, Rolande, that we are all rich in our own experiences. In fact, our personal experiences are suited to our desires, but also to our energy and our karma. I think that if we each have a mission on this earth, it is in relation to our karma, and we become aware of it “not everyone!!” at a rather difficult stage of our life, and that somewhere there is a solution to be found through the search for our intimate self “listening to that little voice” that guides us… I think that each of us has undergone a personal regression by listening to our conscience and our spirit “every questioning is a form of regression”.

 Eliana

Hello Éliana, yes, of course, every self-questioning is a "regression…

Regression can also be voluntary, just as it can be involuntary; there is something that happens at a certain point in our lives. Hence the word synchronicity (Jung) comes into play. I think, quite simply, that life takes care of what we need for our evolution, and as if by “magic” at the opportune moment in our lives. When I look back and observe everything that has happened through synchronicity or chance, etc., I can assure you that life is good for all of us. Sometimes the moments of realization are very arduous, but so revealing once achieved and so creative.

Tenderness/Rolande

So good evening, Eliana and Julien, good morning, Rolande,
I found the title of the book used—at least for me—it turned out to be good for past-life regression (I created a new post).
Rolande, do you also believe that we have those famous pivotal years every 8 years… or that we begin cycles or chapters in life… including regression in one’s own current life?

Rolande, do you also believe that we have those famous pivotal years every 8 years… or that we begin cycles or chapters in life… including regression in one’s own current life?

I think that indeed we have life cycles or life stages in which we are more challenged with regard to life cycles... and as for regression in the subjects I have observed and practiced, it was much more in one's thirties and forties.

However, on two occasions I was able to practice it with three children... in terms of regression... two 10-year-old boys with the parents' consent, and the parents were present during the sessions, and a 12-year-old girl with her mother's consent and presence, of course.

I said it twice because the boys were twins
Finally, I hope I understood your question correctly, Claudiac

Yes, Rolande, you answered my question, thank you.
Have you ever done regressions with people in this age range? In self-hypnosis? Or in hypnosis?

Hello Claudiac, yes, I did indeed practice hypnosis (the first level... (alpha) using the breathing technique and in the form of a precise induction. I believe that the thirties and forties are an age when men and women become the most aware, and perhaps—and I say perhaps—more open to regressions or change. I think this is part of the "life stage."

It is interesting to note that with this technique, emotion is completely absent, as the person sees their past life and can indeed draw parallels with their present life, leading to an understanding of certain life scenarios. I have also noticed that:
What will evoke an emotion is the fear of the unknown and a difficulty in letting go (resistance), which I consider entirely normal for an individual.

What manifests most is the fear of losing control; this requires self-confidence and trust in the person doing the work. In my practice, I have observed more women than men to date.

It would be interesting if I could add this technique here, but the catch is that I have some apprehension about doing so, as this technique must be performed with another person who can guide the other and surround them with empathy. There is also a kind of desensitization to be carried out when a person is in an alpha state (the first degree of hypnosis), because the body can trigger all sorts of ailments or psychosomatic tensions, and each ailment has a specific meaning that needs to be desensitized and reprogrammed.

I don’t really like using the word reprogramming, but I can’t find another word to explain reprogramming, sorry. Everything works at the level of the limbic brain, because it remembers perfectly, in perfect harmony with the supra-consciousness and the unconscious.

I find that this form of regression is also a good method of purification, and the more this practice is performed, the more the sensory faculties develop healthily.

Rolande
