Are there any particular predispositions for doing regression, or conversely, any contraindications?
Predispositions to regression
Machine translation.
So Tom, no, there are no predispositions for doing regression.
Except perhaps these little things/tips (honestly):
- to believe in past lives
- Don't do it alone (try to do it with someone you trust)
- Perhaps if the first attempt isn't convincing, try a second time...
It would be interesting to know, for example, whether we already had gifts in another life… that would confirm the current life…
What do you think?
ClaudiaC
I was thinking that the person who is sensitive to regression is the same type as the one who is sensitive to hypnosis, and vice versa.
You are right.
Have you ever tried hypnosis? Self-hypnosis?
I did self-hypnosis in coaching, and I discovered some of these things…
Hello,
I work with people who do not believe in and have no belief in past lives, etc. However, it is prohibited to do so with people who suffer from mental illness, psychosis, etc.
Rolande
I think it’s actually better to avoid all of them.
who need medicine more than clairvoyance.
If there are any risks associated with regression, I’d like to know what they are; I’ve tried to find testimonials but found none (you can find them for spiritism, hypnosis, etc.).
So Tom, I went to the bookstore and requested two books for consultation and possible purchase.
As soon as I find one with testimonials, I'll let you know, okay?
ClaudiaC
P.S. There are indeed several French books on this subject… ![]()
Tom, seriously, I did the regression three times... and there were no risks...
However, I will look into it to find out if there are any, if you want to be reassured.
Best regards, Claudia C
Dear Tom, I also see no real danger in regressions. The only danger is one's own fear, and I have experienced this many times over.

Thank you, Rolande, for this confirmation.
So have you tried it yourself? Would you like to share your experiences with us?
Yes Claudiac, before doing it for others, I spent two years doing it on myself (as a student), so I know the relaxation chair well, lol.
Hey, yeah, the breeder has to go through the chair first too, lol 8O before being able to apply it to the others, lol 8)
Two years in the making, at first it was very difficult for me to release the tensions, my body was sending me all sorts of signals, sometimes very painful… the mind was also a major obstacle, etc… then, through consistent practice, I eventually learned to trust my superconsciousness.
The experience I’d like to share with you is this: I was naturally a person always full of emotions and highly impulsive… and “a great warrior,” and I constantly had pain in the solar plexus area. With the plexus constantly agitated and painful, I went to see what was happening at that level, and I discovered this, and everything was as if I were watching television on my mental screen.
Once I was properly relaxed and at ease with my teacher's inductions, this scene appeared:
I saw myself as a woman, with a different appearance but the same soul. I knew it was me... I felt it was me... I was in my village with my whole family (I am mixed race, by the way, you will understand) (mixed; white and Indigenous/Cree and Inuit...) All of a sudden, very loud cries from the tribe, and I saw men on horseback dressed in blue with swords... one passed by me and gave me a sword blow to the solar plexus... afterwards, I found myself in a wooden cabin full of soldiers, and I was not yet dead... I was looking for my family... I saw other people dying from sword blows, a real massacre... I was watching the whole scene and at the same time I was completely emotionally detached from what was happening, because I was reliving a scene without being emotionally involved... you know what, Claudiac, I recognized myself, Rolande (Native American), etc., and suddenly I realized that I was going to die, at the end of my blood, but my tribe recovered my body; I was dead, but I could perfectly see and feel that my soul was still alive. My sisters, my tribe, surrounded me with warm clothes and fur, and I died in the sled, and they took me far away.
What I’m telling you is a bit abstract, but you really have to experience it to understand how all of this works. I’ve come to understand that the soul is truly immortal, and it’s a wonderful gift to be able to observe this and truly feel this immortality. But I don’t really know how to explain it to you in more concrete terms.
Rolande
Thank you so much for your sincerity and for wanting to share this experience with me ;-)) I understand certain things better now…
As for me, I had three experiences with my mother…
During one of them… I didn’t see myself in the middle of a tribe… but I saw myself on a pyre… from a distance… (I don’t remember my face) and I think I’ve recently figured out what I need to do…
I think you know what I mean...
Another time, I didn’t have the same face at all… if you do this with people… in regression… ask them to look in a mirror if they dare… I saw myself… I liked what I saw… and I was happy…
Thank you again, ClaudiaC
P.S. Solar plexus… the cradle of our feelings along with the liver, right?
Thank you, Claudiac, yes, of course I understand.
… the solar plexus is also about learning to assert oneself and reclaiming power over one’s life… here and now.
… here are some books with testimonials… maybe you can request them for consultation and not take them if they don’t appeal to you…:

Here’s Tom… maybe you’ll find what you’re looking for…
And please, don’t forget to tell us about it… if you want to…
I ordered another one... for practice... and if it's good, I'll share it with you...
Hello Claudiac and Rolande,
Reading about your experiences with regression, I must say I am very impressed by what you have seen!!
That must have been quite an experience for you?
And how did you feel after this regression?
I’ve read books on this subject, and I think hypnosis is very similar!
It is true that we can become aware of certain fears, pains, and emotions in this life: for example, someone who is afraid of water—could it represent that they drowned in a past life!
or fear of fire "having been burned alive"…
A few years ago, I had a very surprising dream, and it really felt as if I had actually lived it!
I believe I was "in Egypt or in an Inca country," I’m not really sure; I saw myself from behind, wearing a long white dress, with black hair, and holding a torch in my right hand.
I was facing a kind of large pyramid with steps!! and around me were men dressed like the Egyptians, also holding a torch. It was night or evening because it was dark…
Then I started climbing the stairs and I woke up...
This dream struck me, and I mentioned it to someone who told me that I was probably a “sacrificed virgin” in an Inca country!!!
I know this has nothing to do with regression, but I think this dream could be revealing of a past life...
What do you think?
friendship
Eliana
Hello Eliana,
Yes, regression is very interesting and one can learn a lot from it. As for me, I learned: first of all, that I have had past lives, the concept of happiness, why I have a horror of fire and cannot even light a match (I know this will make more than one person smile…), but that’s just how it is.
I wasn't scared at all; I did it in the bedroom at the chalet with my mother. She was guiding me and would "wake me up" in case I was having a bad experience.
I will post two friends' past-life experiences in another post…
So Eliana, I think your dream might be from a past life (see another post I will add).
The long white tunics existed, and so did the torches.
I don't know enough about Inca civilization to make the connection.
However, through various sources, I know that the Egyptian high priestesses indeed wore long white tunics.
They were among the closest to the pharaohs and performed all the rituals (such as the inauguration of monuments, funerals, etc.).
Would you be tempted by this experience?
