Hello everyone
One day, someone whispered:
Lord, speak to me!
And a bird sang, but the person did not hear it.
Then she cried out:
Lord, speak to me!
And the thunder rolled across the sky, but that person did not listen.
She looked around and said:
Lord, let me see You!
And a star twinkled in the sky, but she did not see it.
And she cried out:
Lord, show me a miracle!
And a life was born! But that same person did not notice.
So, she cried out desperately:
Touch me, Lord, and let me see that You are here!
With that, God reached her and touched her. But she brushed the butterfly away and left.
Then, she cried out again:
Lord, I need You! And an email arrived with good news and encouragement.
And she deleted it and kept on screaming and wailing
It reminds me greatly that God is always near us in the simple little things we take for granted, even in the electronic age.
Let us not miss a blessing just because it is not wrapped the way we expected, and let us await the unexpected.
