Reading A to Z

Hello!
I just did an A to Z reading, here are the numbers in order:
9 - 23 - 0 - 11

I would like a little interpretation, if possible?
In particular, one thing that puzzles me: card 11 seems rather negative, doesn't it? Betrayal :-\ and yet the interpretation said "if you are waiting for someone to return or for business to resume, the answer is yes".
