Last night, I had a strange dream that upset me! :o

In my dream, I was with a friend with whom I have intimate, very intimate relations. During one of these encounters, I had a flash of a baby’s head in a fetus.

In the dream, I felt everything as if I were really there.

I really know this friend and I will see him very soon.

What does that mean?
