Well, it’s a struggle on all fronts, but it’s not the end of the world!!! The problem is that I no longer had MSN, and there was no way to reinstall it because a part of the program was missing. Now I’ve bought a hard drive and called the technician, and tomorrow I’m heading out with the tower to see how things go.
