It is not fixed, as it accounts for the permanent offset caused by the inaccuracy of the position of the vernal point of the spring equinox, which continues to increase.
24 degrees corresponds to approximately 24 days of offset in the astrological sign calendar.
So, given all that, we can reconsider our astrological sign in sidereal astrology!!!
