Having found the answer to my first message on the site, I am now asking my question, hoping that you will agree to help me see things more clearly…
I am a woman, born on October 23, 1969;
I am waiting for the sale of a property; it has been a year, since January, since the matter began. I would like to know if this sale will be completed quickly and whether the terms will be to my liking. Could you please shed some light on this matter? Thank you in advance.

There have already been many viewings but without success, so you will have to wait a little longer. A transaction and the administrative paperwork are expected in the first quarter of 2012, and I believe the sale will be finalized sometime this year, 2012, but you will need to reduce the price of this property slightly.
