I am going to hire a lawyer, but I know he will do everything to win the case (I think he is using false pretexts to stop seeing his son and to destroy me). What can you tell me about this summons? Will our relationship improve? Will the judge understand that he is destroying his son and that I am starting to get sick because of his actions?
