This is the most important presentation for me because it directly concerns me.
I intend to provide a comprehensive overview highlighting the key contributions I have made over the years to my department, my manager, and my direct colleagues. I have suffered greatly in this department, as they did not make my job easy and psychologically broke me. Above all, I want to show them the positive side despite these trials I faced on my own!
My first target audience is my new manager, who was my colleague and will become my boss starting in mid-January, and then the management team. I want to leave after that… it’s like a full stop…
I am giving myself until the second week of January to complete this assessment.
So my question is this: will they all realize the actual impact of my actions in this company?
