Past life & fear of water

Machine translation.

Hello,

  • I noticed during a beach vacation that a friend was walking in the sea but never actually swimming… I thought to myself… does she know how to swim?
I never asked her that question.

And, as the conversation went on, I learned that in a past life she had been responsible (as a man in that other life) for the “drowning” of an entire crew…

I understand, on the one hand, his fear of water... and, on the other hand, his desire to give so much in this life.

Does this resonate with any of you?

ClaudiaC

The subject interests me.

Claudiac, can you tell me how one can know whether they have had past lives?

Eulalie

Hello claudiac,

Indeed, that concerns me, given that I'm afraid of water!!

For example: when I take a shower, I never put my head under the water; to wash my hair, I wash it afterward, with my head down! I can’t stand water on my face; I feel like I’m suffocating, and I feel oppressed…
Besides, when I went to the beach, I only went halfway into the water; I never put my head underwater, and on top of that, I can’t swim!! I never wanted to learn…

I think all of this is related to a past life!!
Did I drown?
Where was I drowned?

I don't know, but in any case, water scares me even though I love looking at a lake, a river, the ocean… I would say it makes me want to dive in!!!

Hello Claudiac, Eulalie, and Eliana,

The subject you are raising intrigues me. I wonder where the boundary lies between a phobia (fear of water, crowds, open spaces, etc.) and the possibility of an experience in a past life that gives rise to reactions of apprehension or even fear.

There is one thing I have noticed: some adults have reactions to events they experienced in their earliest childhood. A simple example, I admit, is that when my mother and I were in the maternity ward, a street corner lamp flooded our room with light. My mother told me a few years later that while we were in that room, I was crying almost all night long; as soon as we got back to the apartment, my crying stopped immediately, and to my parents’ great joy, I never cried at night again. Now, I can only sleep in a fairly dark room, unable to tolerate even the slightest ray of light directed at my bed. So here is a cause-and-effect relationship. Can we think that in a past life, light or any other related element played a role significant enough to have caused trouble, or in that past life, did I have a role that would have caused such trouble related to light?

One thing I don’t like is feeling suffocated in a crowd. I feel so bad that my nerves are put to the test and I have a hard time keeping myself in check. One year, I was on the Champs-Élysées in Paris for a Jean-Michel Jarre concert on Bastille Day. There was an unimaginable crowd and I couldn’t take it anymore. Panic attack, on edge, I could barely breathe and was on the verge of fainting. I had to leave in a hurry and take public transport to get home, leaving my friends behind, stunned and looking at me with questioning eyes. Is this a phobia, or a cause-and-effect relationship from a past life?

It seems to me that Rolande mentioned in another post the possibility of practicing regression. Is it possible to consider that through this regression we could learn more about the elements mentioned above?

This would be an interesting step to take in any case. It would tell me who I was in a past life and inform me about the reason for this present life. Isn't it said that when we suffer in a present life, it is because we were bad people previously and that through this present life we must atone for the sins of our past life?

See you soon

Dear Josy, Eulalie, and Eliana,

The cause-and-effect relationship… certainly has something to do with it.

But in my case... I don't think I must have been afraid of fire as a child... I have a deep fear of fire, especially the act of lighting it and feeling it so close to my fingers is frightening.

In the case of my friend… she learned that she had drowned people in a past life; I think she learned this from a psychic. In my opinion, she has never done a regression.

As Rolande explained well in other posts, it is possible to run two regressions:

  • one for current life
  • the other for those prior to the current one.

Now I don't know where our fear of crowds comes from, the fear of not being able to breathe (the feeling of suffocating), for example, even in elevators.

Eulalie, are you afraid of water? And Eliana, do you think it comes from this life or a past life? And Josy, what is your biggest phobia?

See you soon and best regards, ClaudiaC

Dear Claudiac,

Off the top of my head, I don't think I have any phobias. There are certain things that bother me, as I mentioned in my previous message, but no uncontrollable fears. However, I do experience quite a few panic attacks when I'm in trouble. That's pretty much all I can think of, at least.

Good evening Claudiac,

I don't think my fear of water comes from this life, because instead of feeling oppressed or suffocated by water on my face, I love water… I can't help but watch, or even admire, an ocean, a lake… I have no memories that could come from my childhood, as I didn't see the ocean until I was 13.

I truly believe, or rather, I suppose, that the suffocation I feel when I have water on my face stems from a past life... but I cannot assert that...

Being in a crowd also oppresses me, and I think this is due to my age, because when I was younger, I would blend into the crowd, whether at the beach or at a concert, without any feeling of suffocation…

friendship

Eliana

Good evening Eliana,
Did anyone ever say something to you about water? I understand your fear of water up close and your admiration of water and the sea from afar.
I feel exactly the same about fire.
Maybe one day you'll find an explanation for it.

What about wellness? Is it also afraid?

ClaudiaC

Hello Claudiac?

What about wellness? Is it also afraid?

Can you please clarify? I don't know what this means.

See you soon

Dear Josy and Eliana,

I would say that if you are a bit afraid of water, what about jacuzzis, spas, and steam baths?

ClaudiaC

Dear Claudiac,

For my part, I love water. Unlike our friend Eliana, I like feeling the water run over my face and dipping my head in it. However, I don't like rain falling on my head for aesthetic and vanity reasons.

Besides, I am only truly at ease when I am there. Water is my element, perhaps a connection to my sign or just a coincidence. My dream would be to go swimming with the dolphins. Did you know that there are psychics who consult in the presence of dolphins? It is said that this is practiced in Israel, isn’t that curious. How happy I would be to be able to do it.

See you soon

Dear Josy,
So I have the same dream as you… swimming with dolphins.
Psychics are consulted in the presence of dolphins in Israel; I think this takes place in Eilat on the Red Sea… oh, what a dream…

Best regards, ClaudiaC

Dear Claudiac,

Yes, I think you are right about the city located in Israel.

You're right, what a beautiful dream, but I think if we are a little patient, it can come true. Maybe we could make this dream come true together? Who knows? Let's wait for things to sort themselves out before we get on the plane.

Dear Josy,

Thank you for your reply.

I keep thinking: I’ll forget everything and head to the Red Sea… it’s magnificent… you’ll see

Swimming with goldfish, dolphins, “Nemo” & co. Is it a dream? Do you scuba dive?

Best regards, ClaudiaC

P.S. Let's wait for things to sort themselves out before we get on the plane. You're right, but the idea of escaping the winter gloom is very tempting = I really hope it snows a bit… I can see it's snowing lightly. First wish granted. When's the second one coming?

Dear Claudiac

As for diving, I don't do it and I regret it; when I was young, I had some exposure to it, but some cardiac issues prevented me from doing so. In any case, swimming with dolphins can be done without diving.

You're right, but the idea of escaping the winter gloom is very tempting = I really hope it snows a bit… I can see it's snowing lightly. First wish granted. When's the second one coming?

 I like your sense of humor. Do you know what the second wish is?

I am smiling because I realize that from our original topic of “past lives,” we have ended up exchanging remarks about travel, dolphins, and diving, and now snow appears. A conversation over coffee: Tom might move the topic to the general discussions

I am sure that Tom will forward this message... dear Josy.

Best regards, ClaudiaC

P.S. Anyway, it’s true you’re not afraid of water.
And what about the Easter trip? In summer, it's over 40°C… too hot…
The ideal time is October-November, and April.

or maybe it will interest him too… who knows? :?:

Of course, dear Claudiac, I am interested. and I’m not afraid of water, I love it
OK: For autumn or April, I don’t like the intense heat.
In any case, for this year, April is too close; at best, next April—why not?

(Fear of water, crowds, heights, etc.) is often linked, at least from what I have experienced here, to the fear of heights… very common in humans… memory recalls the passage of descending into matter; one must experience this fear of heights and of water. You are reminding me of an experience with one of my sons… I will tell you about it

My 10-year-old son asks me why he is afraid of water... I therefore did a regression with my son, accompanied by my teacher, because I didn't want to do it alone with him... It's so much easier with children...

Once he entered the regression, he was very aware of what was happening and began to feel and perceive movements of purple, blue, and other colors. Then he found himself on a submarine and did not understand the language the people were speaking. He was in the navy on a submarine, and an accident occurred. Martin was in a cabin at the rear of the submarine, and while the accident was happening, the other sailors were ordered to close the door. He found himself there as the water started to come in; the sailors had forgotten him in that location, and he saw himself dying of drowning.

He starts crying with his whole little being and sees himself dead, drowned. He is brought back to normal consciousness and laughs; he found the experience very enriching.

A few weeks later, listen carefully to this... he goes to visit his biological father, and his father has a pool. Martin doesn't swim; he's afraid of water... His father asks him why he doesn't swim. Martin says, "Dad, you know, I'm afraid of water." At that moment, his father grabs him and pushes him into the water (the middle of the pool) for fun. His father takes Martin by the arm and pushes him into the middle of the pool.

His twin brother Mathieu, who is present with him, starts shouting and says to his father, "Look, you're going to drown my brother! Can't you realize that you're hurting my brother and Martin can't swim?" (I won't hide from you that Mathieu experiences almost the same emotions and the same events that his brother feels very intensely.) He turns blue and sinks three times; his father jumps into the water and goes to get him... Can you imagine the impact this must have had on Martin's memory, as he was reliving it as if it were one of his past lives, but he did not die. It was a great fright, and in my opinion, the father was an unconscious instrument. When I learned this story, I couldn't believe it... why did this event happen after a few weeks... Afterwards, Martin was never afraid of water again. Today, he goes to the pool, etc. It may seem truly cruel to do this to a little boy, especially his own son, but... My son is now 16 years old and still remembers this and his past life.

When I discuss it with my son Martin, he says this: "Mom, it's as if I'm paralyzed and my own father is killing me."

I have small anecdotes like this with my other son, his twin brother, and their older sister, regarding certain past lives.

When performing regressions in a life that is important to know (not the one we want to see, but the one the superconsciousness brings you to see), the regression usually leads to a small amount of work to be done afterward…

Currently, I am looking for my notes on regression in another life... which you can perform accompanied by a trusted person. Trust your superconsciousness; it knows your memory.
cell phone..

There is also a very effective breathing technique to clear your memory, but you need two people. The exercises I suggest are done in pairs: one person monitors the other (to prevent hyperventilation) while the other performs the exercise. The first time I did this breathing technique, I suffered a lot because my whole body was burning with pain; my face was on fire and I was dying from the heat. I could see the scene very clearly.

I will start a new thread for this very simple breathing technique (it is the breath of Prana).

P.S.: If you're interested, I could tell you the great love story between my daughter and her father... because in this life, she lives with him, and she always used to say, "Mom, I love you, and I don't doubt your love, but my father is different. Let me live with my father; I love him so much. I can't separate myself from him; I love him with all my being." Ah, children and their love stories, lol...

Rolande

Hello Rolande,
I am touched by what you have just shared with us, and I thank you for it.
So you think that, for example, a fear of water could stem from a past life? Or a fear of fire, for instance?

I have small anecdotes like that with my other son, his twin brother, and their older sister, regarding certain past lives.

Is it related to fears or phobias?
Do you think you already knew each other in a past life?
How can we know—I mean, if we already knew people in past lives?
And everything you say about regressions interests me a lot.

Best regards, ClaudiaC

Hmm, I’m not saying that all of this stems from past lives… that would be the height of absurdity, but certain phobias and fears… that’s why regressions exist… or perhaps it’s due to a traumatic event (PTSD) in early childhood that we don’t remember (blocking) or an engram in the limbic brain… that’s where we need to work, to bring up a distant memory that your superconsciousness can show you.

Rolande
