Hello Claudiac, yes, I practiced for a while, and it requires a great deal of self-confidence and a complete letting go of the mind.
On the practical side, great relaxation and a guide who is keen to share positive messages.
I have attended a lot of channeling in my life and have seen excellent ones, average ones, mediocre ones, and even worse ones. It all comes down to receptivity... a complete letting go.
The person who accompanies the other in receptivity needs to be well grounded in the material. We don’t do channeling just because we want to or because we improvise as a channel; I think the channel is chosen with the same affinities as the guide or the light being that presents itself.
A word to those with a very low vibrational rate: you will only communicate with so-called mischievous entities, etc. That is why you need to work in pairs. It is necessary to dissect the messages to determine who this guide is, where they come from, their name, etc., and the person receiving the communication must have an accompanist to verify what is present in the communication. You will also have to work on your vibrational rate, and during the transmission, the light beings work on your vibrational rate. It is possible that just before the communication you feel tingling, a kind of dizziness at the crown, an increase in heart rate, etc., which the light beings stabilize, as they know the effect on your body. A light being will never leave you in physical suffering, and you must know how to distinguish them well. After the communication, it is a rest for your brain and your body. A person very accustomed to channeling can transmit for an hour, and the light beings say so when the channel is tired in their body because of the vibrational rate.
You should start slowly, and it is recommended to record the sessions the first few times so you can listen back to what happened in order to structure the communications.
A small hiccup: If you are only channeling words of noise, pain, or death, something is happening that is not healthy for the channel, so it is best to refrain and engage in purification (introspection) and to attract the vibration rate that is equal to your own. This gives an indication of your evolution on the vibratory level. To be a channel, one needs to lead a good life free from psychological worries, etc. It is the same for a psychic. If they only see death, etc., they should recenter and engage in introspection about what they see in clairvoyance, etc. The same applies to those who feel the misfortune of others. When one only sees the misfortune of others, whether in channeling or in a tarot reading, and never sees the light of people, it would be best to refrain and look at one's own life and how it is being led. I think we need to learn to see the beautiful lights of people and the positive strengths of the people to whom we give life readings. Humans are fundamentally wonderful and good. It is their little quirks that create obstacles to opening up, and somewhere, it is about seeing beyond their inner quirks.
Channeling is not a game. It requires, once again, rigor and not being deceived by what we channel. You may have noticed that I speak a lot about intellectual rigor, as it is essential to know how to distinguish, dissect, and analyze the communications received. In the early days, any novice is often impressed by the message received or by what they see. That is where rigor is required and where it is important to have a good guide who has a lot of discernment. The channel must also be able to express in concrete terms what is being communicated and not to distort the messages received. Because EDL goes through your intellect, and what is said by EDL enters your brain, from which you make the reading and you restate the message from your own intellect. And in our brain, many of our beliefs, etc., are located, and it is all of this that must be dissected, which requires rigor to make the difference between the message received and the intellect of the one who receives it.
