Indeed, there are no plans for layoffs, but there are no salary payments either. Therefore, I will have to notify my employer by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt that my contract is being terminated due to their fault.
I would like to know whether this procedure will take place? Or will I find a new job?

I would advise you, before any notification by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, to first speak with your boss to see what he says or proposes, and if he persists in his wrongdoing, then it’s up to you to act, but it would of course be preferable for this dispute to be settled amicably.
As for the other question, I don't see you finding a new stable job in the immediate future.
