Operation or no operation for Mrs. M.

I don't know what to make of Mrs. M.: is it true that she's suffering (right knee) or is it just a way to get some attention? :S Do you see her getting surgery in 2012? It would be a logistical problem for her whole little family... What do you think? 1-8-12
