Hi,
So, I've had a meeting with my current manager to assess my situation.
I was very frank with him about my frustrations (lack of career progression, lack of skill development, lack of recognition in my work, and the routine setting in…).
He listened to me and I don't know what he intends to do now... but the discussion was quite positive and very frank!
I hope, at least, that this will not have any adverse consequences in the future!
Please tell me what my professional future will be in the coming months? 6-10-12-20
