Okay, I confirm that the colleagues are welcoming, and I don't think I'll have any issues with them.
However, the proposed schedules do not suit me; I have no time for anything else, which is difficult to manage given that I have to take care of my animals, which take up a lot of my time.
So the question I’m asking myself is whether I see myself staying in this company for a long time? 7-4-12
I’m waiting to settle in a bit before trying to negotiate different hours; do you think it will work out positively?

I can see you staying in the company, but on the condition that you comply with the rules, because if you start negotiating for more flexible hours that suit you, I think it won’t work; in short, you should expect a negative answer.
