Very recently, a new person joined the department. Do you see them continuing in this department or moving to another one at the end of their assignment? The huge company allows changing departments (if the managers request it), and there is no loss of employment. What are the prospects? 2-10-16

I don't see the new hire staying in the department, but rather being able to secure another position elsewhere at the end of her assignment.
As for me, I do not foresee any upcoming job losses, but I would not rule out job changes or various transfers.
