I think it will be fine, because since you have obtained 5 hectares of savanna, both Victor and your cousin will find it to their liking.
So in my opinion, it can only be beneficial to you.
I nevertheless advise you to put everything in writing regarding the investments, with of course the signatures of the participants in this project!
