• Will I redo the work that fully suits me after the management reviews the file? 5-16-17
• Will the colleague who is sowing discord be reassigned by management? 14-19-3

By the end of the year, a more favorable organization will be able to be put in place within the team.
So management will try to remedy the situation, and as for doing or redoing what suits you, there is hope.
I do not see the colleague who is sowing discord being reassigned by management.
