The team is marked by pervasive hypocrisy, and daily misunderstandings are worsening the atmosphere. Management is aware of this. I don't see any upcoming changes in the service you work for, at least not before summer 2014, but for some people there will be a risk of dismissal, so you'll need to keep your head down and not make waves; in short, I see you having to stay in the same team.
