She decided to deny me (unfairly) this allowance, which would have really helped me out, as they say! I now have to wait until the current year! Of course, I’m very disappointed!

As with the government, ministers must in principle obey the head of state, and it is he who, in this context, as the director, will decide whether you receive your compensation or not, and not the sector manager!
