I am reaching out to you because I have resumed my studies and this year I was enrolled in a PhD program. I would like to know if I will be able to continue into my second year, as there have been issues (a death in the family).

Where I am, they don't help me, and I would like to go to Paris 1 or 2.

My question is: will I be able to continue my PhD in Paris?

You have to start by freeing yourself, even if it may seem selfish to some people in your circle; a death is and will always be difficult to accept, but you must nonetheless keep moving forward!
But you also need to think about yourself and your future, both in terms of your studies and your career.
To answer your question, yes, you will be able to continue your PhD in Paris, but register at the faculty without delay.
