Should I call him?

Hello,
I’ll keep this brief. I’m in love with Jasmina (born February 13, 1978). We broke up two years ago after four years of a passionate but very complicated relationship. She has moved on with her life, but on the few occasions we’ve run into each other, there was a lot of emotion.
I would like to contact her, but I am afraid of the idea that she might reject me.
Do you think I should do it? And this so that we can try to be together again (if she still has feelings for me).
