After signing my contract, it turned out that my supervisor is also the owner of the clinic. He is an ungrateful, mean, and heartless man who mocks what is happening to us (the entire staff). Even the city I moved to is like a village where you can’t find anything; you have to drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our supplies. I have cats, and it’s difficult for me to find their food.

My question is
Will a contract be canceled very soon?
Or
Will I be free from this contract?

If you want or wish to terminate your employment contract, it shouldn't be too much of a problem, provided you give your manager time to find a replacement.
So yes, you will be released from this contract, but if you leave voluntarily, you will of course have no right to severance pay for dismissal; therefore, please inform yourself beforehand.

I will give them three months' notice of my resignation (as required by the contract), and therefore I have to pay them two months' salary, but I have no choice because the workplace is unbearable and I feel suffocated in this clinic.
