a baby (a little boy)

I am in an unfamiliar house, where there is a man wearing a white shirt and tie, and a woman (she looks like a housekeeper or nanny); she entrusts me with a baby, a little boy.
I take care of him as if he were my own, I change him, and yet I know this child belongs to that man. He is present in the house while the woman leaves the house.
Would the baby be a symbol of illness and sorrow?
