SOS, I need help

Hello everyone,
I need you! I’m at a dead end and, above all, overwhelmed by events to the point where I can no longer keep the situation under control:
Since January, we have been in the midst of a PSE (employment safeguard plan, for those unfamiliar with the term).
Since April 3rd, we have known who is staying and who is not. I have just learned that I am staying, even though all of us in our department were affected.
I would also add that I wanted to be part of this plan, but that is not how things are going because I am over 50 and today I am suffering the malice of my colleagues in the department, who find it unfair. Since then, they have unionized and are acting covertly, even though they had absolutely no intention of doing so during or before the PSE.
I also have a manager who has been harassing me up to now, and it’s even worse than before. During the PSE, it was hell for the entire department, but especially for me. I also point out that I am the secretary of the CHSCT and that I conducted the negotiations with determination on their behalf, and this is the thank-you I get! Bravo on the solidarity! It’s not my fault if they didn’t honor their commitments!
It reminds me of a quote by Robespierre: when it comes to deliberating, the court is teeming with people, but when it comes to executing, there is no one left.
I feel very bad, I don't know what to do anymore, I no longer speak up, I just endure it and it's weighing me down! I need advice? I know that I'm not the only one in this situation, but please, can you shed some light on this for me?

I feel very stressed, but you must not take on the stress of others or take everything too much to heart. It’s true that the company seems to be in serious trouble. Try to step back from this whole business of negotiations and commitments that apparently no one is honoring. On the Titanic, it was every man for himself, so what can you do? You shouldn’t feel responsible for other people’s actions, and you’ll feel much better. I can still see you managing to keep your position. It’s sad to say, but sometimes you have to let others fend for themselves and know how to protect yourself.
