Since the last time I asked my question about 5 months ago, I have resigned and I am back in the city where I was before
I’m looking for a job but I can’t find anything I like; the contracts are too low.
My question is
Will I find a clinic with an acceptable contract very soon?

I'm doing well... thank you!
You will soon be able to find a clinic to work for, but going from that to a contract that truly pleases you, one that is genuinely well-remunerated and acceptable as you would wish… and since, as you say, your finances are tight, I think you will have to make do with it.
To put it plainly, I don't see you having much of a choice right now…
