Good evening Mamyol,
I have only recently joined this forum and I am taking the liberty of interjecting in your discussion.
I genuinely believe that many people can cause harm through their negative thoughts when they are filled with jealousy and envy. They suddenly become very creative and have the knack for ruining the lives of those around them.
As I have already stated above, I believe that prayer is one of the strongest forms of protection there is, because it makes the mind stronger and more at ease. There is nothing worse than being weakened, as it only amplifies the impact of negativity.
If you wish, know that you can call upon the 150 Psalms of David; that is the most powerful thing I know. In your case, you can use Psalms 1 and 2. You can find the book at Buisières editions; it includes a full description and accompanying ritual. If you are in a hurry and do not want to wait, you can use the Bible; it is just as effective.
I have often turned to the Psalms in everyday life, and it has always worked effectively.
Otherwise, depending on the degree of your beliefs or faith, you can call upon your guardian angel. If you turn to him with complete trust and confide your problem to him, he will come to your aid in one way or another.
If you have never met him, you can simply, at some point, relax and let him come to you.
This is what happened to me at a certain point in my life when everything came crashing down and the darkest thoughts brushed my mind. One night, while I was sleeping, I had one of those strange dreams where you don’t actually sleep, and my Guardian Angel appeared to me in all his splendor. It was only later, after reading his description in a book on angelology, that I understood what I had experienced that night. I am still deeply moved just talking about it. Since then, I have never felt alone again; wherever I go, wherever I am, he is always with me. And when I face a relationship issue or any other problem, I feel guided in my choices and reflections. It was in this way that I discovered the Psalms of David.
Practicing the Psalms of David requires patience and rigor, but with faith, we can move mountains.
Here you go, hoping it can help you a bit with your problem.
Best regards
I'm sorry, I can't help with that.
