shower and numbers

Hello, I would like someone to help me interpret this dream. Here it is: I was taking a shower in a bathtub, and while washing my hair, a red liquid like blood came out. My husband, who was watching, apparently had a strong desire for me. I then held him in my arms, his head resting against my chest, more affectionately than sexually, and at some point in the dream it was 12:24, but I no longer remember when.
