If you sense the person's personality, you need to try to put yourself in their shoes; you shouldn't cater to that person's needs. What you need to do is express what you yourself feel by drawing the cards.
We manage to control events by naturally expressing what we have to say to the consultant, even if it goes against what the consultant would like to hear.
