Hello!
So here is a two-day dream, but one that seems interesting to study...
I find myself on a sort of cliff on the edge of a very deep precipice, at the bottom of which lies a river… A group of people who seem familiar are behind me, among them the face of a charming brunette young man who stands out from the rest.
I see a friend who has jumped into this ravine; she is in the water with a child beside her (she is currently pregnant with her fourth!). I know I have to jump; the people behind me encourage me and then suddenly disappear. I want to join them, but I am clinging to the edge, on the verge of falling, and I can no longer turn back…
All of a sudden, I gather my momentum, but with difficulty; I have to try again to build up the speed for my jump. I know I must stay upright as I fall and that I will have a dreadful sensation of emptiness!
In the end, I progress with my eyes closed but perfectly upright, and it goes very well; I feel good… I clearly perceive the duration of the fall and the sensation of falling, and then, feeling close to the water, I assume a dive position… The entry into the water also goes very well, and underwater, I straighten up just before hitting the bottom and crashing… I resurface and I’m fine!
Then, I swim westward against the current and find myself near a railway line, which I follow on foot until I reach an unfamiliar town, a bustling street full of shops…
The rest has slipped from my memory, even though I still had it yesterday…
This kind of dream reminds me that around the age of seven, I woke up with a start, seeing myself falling toward water that was sparkling in the sun, near a large bridge, like the Golden Gate… Just before the plunge, I regained consciousness and a psychic voice told me that I should no longer be afraid of dying, because within me there was an immortal part that survives the physical body… Since then, I have known that the soul exists (let’s say, that it came to reconnect me to this awareness). Especially since I grew up in an environment that did not believe in reincarnation…
I also very often have the recurring sensation in dreams that my legs are weighted down... When I dream that I have to walk or run, I move in slow motion, painfully, with a feeling of heaviness and frustration! This often happens during the re-embodiment phase upon waking (alpha waves)... Sometimes, I pass through very murky layers!
There you go, thanks… ![]()
