I just completed an internship on energy, to feel it and use it, first of all, to protect oneself…
The two trainers, Mao and Alexandre, are energy therapists and mediums… They go very far in their treatments… They make us understand that we are all capable of using this energy; all it takes is to feel it, and through very simple exercises, they help us feel it!

Energy healer!
Here’s a term I really like. At least it encompasses all therapies that treat through energy transmission.
I myself use Reiki, which is an energy of love and light.
But from what I have observed when comparing several methods, they all tend toward the same result.
The interest, for me, is that everyone can learn to channel these energies to allow their body to heal itself.

Reiki was originally a method that took seven years to learn… Today, we receive it in just four or five weekends…
In addition, symbols are used… What do these symbols refer to…
Energy is at our disposal; we must not summon “beings” whose origin we do not know in just a few days…
Energy is all you need; you just have to keep it flowing…
I don’t know how far we can go in healing with Reiki; in energy therapy, there are no limits… the only limit is the person who uses it…

I will not come to defend one method over another. Insofar as they lead toward the light, they are all good.
Reiki indeed uses four basic symbols: the first three are taught at the second degree, and the other at the third.
But in my opinion, they are mainly a support for help. It’s mainly the intention that matters.
When I was in primary school, so without any symbols whatsoever, I once managed to send energy at a distance, and it worked even though I was theoretically not supposed to be able to do that.
I only acknowledge that with the second degree, I spend less time to achieve the same result.

Another thing I found brilliant and very powerful is the multiplication of energies when you create an egrégor of energies.
I had already participated in small numbers, but there, last night, we were thirty! What power!

Tomorrow I will have a phone call with the person for whom I had requested this. I think it will have been a good start for the “care” I will send her for a few days.
