Can you help me interpret a glass that is causing anxiety...

Hello everyone, and a happy and joyful New Year 2007.
I had a rather anxiety-inducing and strange dream two days ago. I was at a party or a birthday (without recognizing any of the people present, whether Family members or friends). There were one or two large rooms and no people; on the tables, glasses were placed. At one point, next to me, many glasses shattered (I don’t know if I was the one who did it…). I thought I wasn’t hurt, but when I looked at my hands, dozens of pieces of glass were embedded in them, and they were thick glasses (like bottle shards). I then started removing the pieces; I thought I was done when I opened my right hand and had a cut across the entire width of my palm, 2 cm deep, with a sort of card stuck inside. I was bleeding a lot, no one around me helped me and seemed to see the scene. I tried to remove the card and I fainted… that’s what ended my dream. This is the second time I’ve dreamed of glass cutting me, entering my flesh. It’s very anxiety-inducing, so if anyone can help me understand and interpret all this… Thank you very much, Marie
