Magnesium chloride

Machine translation.

Magnesium Chloride
Preparation
It is available in pharmacies (without a prescription) or health food stores, in 20g sachets to be dissolved in 1 liter of water.
It is recommended to store it in the refrigerator to mellow the sharp, bitter flavor.
It is now proven that magnesium is present in all tissues and organs and that it plays a role in the proper functioning of all major bodily functions without exception. Since the body has no magnesium reserves, it requires a regular daily intake to meet its physiological needs; otherwise, disturbances will arise more or less rapidly in one or another organ function, depending on individual susceptibility.
Magnesium malabsorption is associated with gastrointestinal problems.
Chronic insufficiency can cause long-term damage and can be fatal.
99% of men are deficient in magnesium (in the modern world).
Problems caused by magnesium deficiency
Chronic fatigue, as well as any lack of energy, emotional reactions, depression, psychotic behavior, rapid impulses, confusion, anger, nervousness, irritability, inability to think clearly, insomnia, muscle spasms, tremors, convulsions, excessive sensitivity to pain, vascular problems, hardening of the arteries, arthritis, cardiovascular diseases, fibromyalgia, vascular spasms, spasmophilia, palpitations, cramps.

It has been observed that magnesium chloride has a very positive effect on:
• Anxiety and its characteristic array of functional symptoms: sensation of a lump in the throat, chest tightness, palpitations, sleep disturbances, heightened emotional reactivity, etc.
• Various unexplained pains, with no organic or functional cause, most often manifesting as headaches or migraines, vertebral pain, and poorly systematized musculoskeletal and joint pain.
• Morning asthenia: this fatigue upon waking is a very common and revealing sign.
• Various infections: it generates a non-specific antibody, properdine (a magnesium proteid), which is a very powerful bactericide (the results are astonishing).
Neuromuscular hyperexcitability, particularly uncontrolled muscle contractions in the eyelids and muscle cramps.
• Atherosclerosis and hypertension: it breaks down excess lipids through the catalytic effect of dehydrates.
Shock states (and operative shocks): it prevents metabolic breakdown and restores metabolism.
• Hyperthyroidism: it is a powerful regulator.
• Rickets: It activates bone alkaline phosphatase. Our body has the ability to convert it into calcium. Magnesium is key to calcium absorption.
• Tetany: specific treatment of tetany. In this case, total blood shows a drop in free magnesium ion to 0.015 g per liter, from 0.035 g per liter.
• Liver failure: it activates enzymes for sugar regeneration.
• Pregnancy: From the second month onward, magnesium levels generally drop sharply in pregnant women due to the fetus's requirements.
• Thrombosis: it activates platelets. It is the best anticoagulant and the best antithrombotic. It is essential in the last few days before delivery and for the two weeks following.
• Nerve balance: The nervous system depends on the calcium/magnesium balance. If this balance is disrupted, brain function is affected.
• Digestion: it activates digestive enzymes.
• Vitamins: Vitamin C is only active in the presence of magnesium ions.
• Cardiovascular system: Magnesium ions help thin the blood and relax blood vessels, calm the nerves, and prevent the formation of atheromas. It relieves angina pectoris. It regulates the heartbeat, boosts good cholesterol, and lowers triglyceride levels.
• Aging: With age, the magnesium content in blood and cells tends to decrease. Regular magnesium intake slows down cellular aging (for regular doses, it is preferable to use NIGARI, see below) and repels free radicals.
• Wounds: Any wound is a dangerous breach that allows the invasion of poisons and microbes. The body reacts immediately by mobilizing antibodies, leukocytes, microphages that attack microbes, and macrophages that attack large foreign elements on the spot, while thrombocytes attempt to seal the opening. The phagocytic power of leukocytes, activated by magnesium chloride, is increased by up to 300%. Any wound should be treated internally and externally with magnesium chloride. This method does not have the drawbacks of alcoholic products, which partially necrose the wound cells, thereby hindering the healing process.
Recharge treatment: Drink 50 ml of the solution on an empty stomach in the morning, preferably with a herbal tea of your choice or a fruit or vegetable juice. This should be done for 20 days, followed by a mandatory 10-day break, and then repeated if necessary. This results in consuming 1 liter over 20 days. This can be done once a season, or during a “slump,” pregnancy, breastfeeding, or any illness.
Emergency cytophylactic treatment (activation of defense mechanisms): take 60 ml of the solution every 3 hours or 40 ml every 2 hours. This should induce diarrhea. Diarrhea is the criterion for the success and effect of the treatment. If there is a fever, it will automatically drop between 38°C and 39°C, never higher. This regimen should not exceed 4 to 5 days. It may then be continued at a dose of 50 ml in the morning and in the evening.
If the diarrhea is too severe at first, reduce the dose. Do not worry, there is no danger.
This massive anti-infective dose is valid for all infections, even viral ones.
• Cancer: Anticancer, it activates the phagocytic power of leukocytes.
Magnesium chloride does not cure cancer, but it prevents its onset through regular use. However, in the case of confirmed cancer, it is recommended to add the regular intake of magnesium chloride or Delbias at a rate of 4 tablets per day; the immune system will be strengthened, and you will feel better, revitalized, and in a better mood, which can have a very positive impact on the course of this disease (royal jelly taken in the morning also boosts morale).
Intensive geographical studies were undertaken in 1928; the geological maps of regions where the soil was poor in magnesium coincided with those of regions where a high incidence of cancer was observed. The comparison of the two maps is striking. One could mistake them for one another.
• Contraindication: individuals with weakened kidneys (e.g., due to nephritis). The signal manifests as significant fatigue after taking the substance (in this case, take NIGARI).
• Usage: maximum doses for children:
5 years and older: 125 ml every 6 hours or 40 ml every 2 hours.
4 years old, 100 ml every 6 hours.
3 years old, 80 ml every 6 hours.
2 years old, 20 ml every 2 hours.
Infants: 1 to 4 teaspoons every 3 hours.
The prepared solution can be diluted with a little water or fruit juice to mellow the bitter taste.
• Nigari: Regarding maintenance cures, it is advisable to take NIGARI, which is a seaweed very rich in magnesium chloride in its natural form (available at health food stores). Acclimating the body to magnesium chloride (which is derived from the sea, much like salt) dulls its reactions, and if, in the event of an emergency, one suddenly needs to switch to massive anti-infectious doses, the results may be disappointing.
A few flecks of NIGARI in food from time to time ensure an adequate magnesium intake throughout the year.
• Burns: Apply a magnesium chloride compress; the pain stops immediately. Always keep magnesium chloride ready at home: 1 sachet or 20 g in one liter of water.
Once the dressing is in place, it can be rehydrated by pouring magnesium chloride onto it without removing the dressing. There will never be an infection.

Hello Ovide,
I wanted to thank you for this great information about magnesium chloride and to let you know that I take a course of it from time to time.
Kind regards,

GOOD MORNING OVIDE,
I confirm regarding magnesium chloride: I have been using it for 25 years, both on myself and on my children when they were little, even when they had measles, flu, sore throats, and fatigue. It is a great remedy that many people are unwilling to use because the taste is not very good. I have often recommended it to the people around me, but they prefer remedies that are much more harmful to the body.

And on top of that, it really doesn't cost much.
I use chloride with green clay as a poultice and I heal without any problems; I rarely have health issues. I am not old, but I believe that taking chloride strengthens my body.

You have some great ideas to share, Ovide, thank you.
Best regards

Hi Lolly

Thank you for this valuable information on magnesium chloride. I’m thinking of starting a course soon because I’ve been experiencing regular insomnia lately, as well as cramps, which isn’t great. However, you mention taking a 50 ml dose on an empty stomach in the morning. How do I measure this dose, since I don’t have a device that measures such small quantities, and I assume it’s important not to take too much.

Thank you for your reply.

This site is truly a treasure and you are an inexhaustible source.

From me to you

Hello, pretty little flower, reply dom

You just need to take a quarter of a glass in the morning and in the evening to start.

I drink it by the bottle now; I intuitively know the dose I need.

It will come to you little by little.
you'll see my superb dove

a little kiss for me
to you
Lolly

Hello princess

Thanks for the info, I'm starting tomorrow morning, probably grimacing :-[ but if it's good for me, my palate will get used to it lol

Lots of kisses for you
The little repdom

Thanks for the info, I think I need it.

                    ;)

I do it differently: I take half a spoonful of magnesium and dilute it in a small glass of water... and when I put in a bit too much... I can feel it, but it’s not bad.

Apparently, there’s no risk of taking too much; the body eliminates what it doesn’t need.

It tastes just as bad as it is good for the body.

Annik: magnesium chloride - magnesium - is very, very useful for our body.
