Energy cleansing

Energy cleansing refers to rituals meant to free a person, an object or a place from energies considered heavy or stagnant: smoke cleansing, salt, the sound of bells or singing bowls, prayers, airing out. It can help mark a fresh start after a move or a breakup. Anyone who diagnoses a “charged house” only to sell a costly intervention right away warrants suspicion.
