Scorpio

Scorpio is the eighth sign of the zodiac, covering roughly October 23 or 24 to November 21 or 22 in tropical astrology. A water sign, fixed and feminine, it is traditionally ruled by Mars and, for modern astrologers, by Pluto. Tradition credits it with intensity, depth, passion, intuition, tenacity and the ability to regenerate after a crisis. Its supposed downside is jealousy, mistrust and a certain taste for control. It corresponds to the eighth house.
