Venus (astrology)

In astrology, Venus symbolizes love, attraction, pleasure, beauty, art, harmony and the way one loves and appreciates. It rules Taurus and Libra, is exalted in Pisces, in detriment in Aries and Scorpio, and in fall in Virgo. Called the “lesser benefic” by tradition, it never strays more than about 48 degrees from the Sun. It holds a central place in the study of relationships.
