It seems to me, Claudia, that it would be important to know what kinds of dreams you have.
If you're interested, here's a brief overview of the dreams one can have.
There are several types.
Dreams that deal with the day's experiences are about sorting through everyday events to allow the body to clean house and the mind to relax.
This one is the librarian's dream; that's what I call it.
Dreams that bring information, lessons, and premonitions, which come to help you navigate the trials ahead, the trials of everyday life.
Dreams that answer your requests. For example, if a concern or an important question arises, you program yourself so that the night will provide you with advice.
Precognitive dreams, which fall under the domain of mediumship, as they involve the revelation (showing) of a situation that often does not concern you and has not yet occurred. When the information reaches you in the coming days or later, you will say to yourself, "Well, I already knew that."
Travel dreams. These dreams, which come to me quite often, are dreams in which you are shown other dimensions where you visit places that do not exist on Earth as far as you know, but where you feel like a guest and are also accompanied (in my case). In these dreams, important messages can be delivered to you. They resemble dreams that are far, far superior to the others mentioned above.
Well, of course, there are dreams that relate to your well-being or discomfort at the moment, or to an event occurring in the environment in which you are sleeping. For example, you dream that someone is cutting off your leg, but in fact you wake up with a start and realize that you are in an uncomfortable position and that one of your legs is in pain because blood circulation is poor.
It is very, very important to record your dreams and to work with them, as they teach us and often allow us to solve problems.
Also, the words heard are significant!!!
It is very, very important to participate; for example, when we tell you something, do not hesitate to ask questions. You must always place the message back in the context of the dream to understand what it means.
Out of context, it can be interpreted in several ways.
Ah, I was about to forget something very important: you need to record the date of the dreams along with their content. And connect them to lived experiences and everyday problems.
Listening to your dreams is essential, as is retaining the sensations associated with them. Dreams originate from different levels of consciousness.
May our nights be rich in lessons and allow us to access the understanding and wisdom of love!
