Hello everyone
I would like to share with you a text I received, which is accompanied by a wonderful slideshow.
If you don't want to get sick… Express your feelings
Repressed and suppressed emotions and feelings eventually make you sick: gastric disorders, ulcers, lower back pain. Over time, the repression of feelings fosters the emergence of cancer. So, you need to find an attentive ear to share your intimacy, your secrets, your mistakes. Dialogue, speech, and words are powerful remedies and an excellent therapy!
If you don't want to get sick… Make decisions.
An indecisive person remains in doubt, anxiety, and despair. Indecision fosters the accumulation of problems, worries, and even aggression. The history of humanity is based on decision-making. To decide is to know when to give up, when to lose advantages or values in order to gain new ones. Indecisive people are victims of gastric disorders or illnesses, pain associated with nervousness, and skin problems.
If you don’t want to be sick… Find solutions
Negative people find no solutions and magnify problems. They prefer to lament, complain, and settle into pessimism. A bee is small, yet it produces one of the most delicious substances: honey. We become what we think… It is better to light a match than to complain about the darkness. Negative thinking generates negative energy that turns into illness.
If you don’t want to be sick… Don’t live for appearances
The one who hides reality, pretends, and always wants to give the impression that everything is fine. He wants to be perceived as perfect, easy to live with, etc., while accumulating tons of useless weight. It’s like a bronze statue with its feet cast in clay. There is nothing worse for one’s health than living for appearances and facades. These are people with a lot of varnish and little substance. Their destiny is the pharmacy, the hospital, and pain.
If you don't want to be sick… Accept it.
Refusing acceptance and lacking self-esteem alienate us. Embracing who we are predisposes us to a healthy life. Those who do not accept this fact become envious, jealous, imitators, ultra-competitive, and destructive. Accept yourself as you are, accept being accepted, and accept criticism. This is a matter of wisdom, common sense, and therapeutic benefit.
If you don't want to be sick… Trust.
One who does not trust does not communicate, is not open, and is unable to form stable and deep relationships. They do not know how to establish a sincere friendship. Without trust, there can be no relationship. Distrust is typical of a lack of self-confidence and confidence in one's own abilities.
If you do not want to be ill… Do not live in sadness.
Live in good spirits and laughter, rest, and be happy. These factors will bring you balance and health. A happy person has the ability to change their environment no matter where they live. "Good humor saves us from the doctor's hands." A zest for life is the best therapy for staying healthy.
