Encounter with the disease
To fall ill, to become sick
cannot be a matter of chance,
nor that of a fated effect,
even less the result of a competition
unfortunate circumstances…
It is a language that speaks to us about ourselves.
And perhaps above all, of the inexpressible,
when the silence of words awakens
the violence of the ills.
It could be the resurfacing of a childhood wound,
the reactivation of an unfinished situation
that we did not listen to in its time!
It could be affective hemorrhage
of an imposed separation,
the violence of an unwanted breakup,
the loss of a beloved being!
It may still be an expression of loyalty,
the implementation of a repair mission
with regard to rising signs
Or more simply, sometimes,
the manifestation of an intrapersonal conflict
where the tolerance threshold is reached.
Being ill is a disturbing invitation
from our body to better understand each other.
A call to listen more attentively to the relationship
sometimes disqualifying that we have with him.
An invitation to respect one another,
and especially in front of loved ones.
An incentive to no longer let oneself be defined,
a signal to dare to hear and name the unnameable,
to cry out the unbearable,
to finally emerge from the silence,
to accept changing one's life.
