It wasn’t a negative dream, it happened during the day while I was meditating, and this image appeared to me. It’s not the first time, but I was able to make sense of the others, whereas this one means nothing to me.

First of all, I believe I made it clear that I did not know whether the person was male or female; all I could see and feel regarding the skin was that it was a young person, which unfortunately is no longer my case, lol.
In two parts: I carry no shame, whether within myself or regarding my life experiences. Admittedly, there are things of which I should not be very proud, but the past is the past; I do not live with it or burden myself with it.
As for my meditations, they are a bit longer now, but I will outline them: I realized that in any conversation, I can write down the characteristic traits of a person and sense whether they are suffering or, on the contrary, radiate that wonderful aura that, unfortunately, very few people possess. I even went so far as to say that a person is afflicted, with the most glaring example being constipation.
Good, and in that regard, my meditations are mainly about, first, building myself up, very selfishly, !!! and second, opening myself up to this world that I have not yet mastered. So, as much as possible, I do not meditate on a particular person, at least not for the moment.
