Immersion in water

It’s my turn to share a dream I had recently:

I am sitting in the hotel restaurant, having what I think is breakfast. The room has glass windows. Behind these glass windows is a terrace with chairs and tables, unoccupied… beyond the terrace are trees. I know that behind them lies the beach and the sea.

All of a sudden, the sea / clear water comes up to me and I am submerged. The water recedes and the dress is as it was before, dry… without any trace. I was sitting on the chair with my head well above the water. Without any sign of panic.

Is it due to the tsunami images?

Is water not our unconscious? Am I aware of my subconscious? Am I aware of upcoming events and ready?

Do you not think that your dream would be tied to concerns that are either current or from a relatively recent past?

Instinctively, I would like to tell you that you have been overwhelmed by anxieties and great stress related to certain troubles that have cluttered your psyche, and yet you will get through these troubles with serenity and remain unharmed, safe and sound, as they say.

Furthermore, your geographical location and the comfort surrounding you would indicate a certain degree of protection, suggesting that these troubles are coming from outside, from people who are not part of your immediate circle.

This modest explanation is, of course, my own, but I think it may well be plausible.

I think a friend or a member will have the chance to tell us what they think about it.
