The Ox is the second animal of Chinese astrology. Its recent years are 1985, 1997, 2009 and 2021, taking Chinese New Year into account. A yin animal associated with the fixed element Earth, it embodies, according to tradition, patience, quiet strength, reliability, a sense of duty and endurance at work.
