Also Svadhisthana · second chakra
The sacral chakra, Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is the second main chakra, located below the navel, in the lower abdomen. Tradition associates it with emotions, pleasure, sensuality and creativity. The Western system assigns it the color orange and the element of water. It is said to come into play in matters of desire and of relating to others. These correspondences are symbolic and are no substitute for medical advice.
