Stones and crystals

In spiritual practice, stones and crystals are minerals, such as quartz, amethyst, black tourmaline or tiger’s eye, to which tradition attributes symbolic qualities: protection, calm, confidence, intuition. They are worn as jewelry, placed on the body or in a space, and associated with the chakras. Their effect is a matter of belief and symbolism. Buying a stone is never a guaranteed solution to a health, love or money problem.
