Favorable position
Also supporting position · what helps · strengths
The favorable position is the place that shows what supports the querent in their undertaking: resources, allies, qualities or helpful circumstances. In some versions of the cross spread, it sits on the left, facing the “against” card. Even a card reputed to be difficult can be read constructively there, for instance as a strength born of hardship. This position helps identify levers rather than passively waiting for an outcome.
